Individual biological components and processes function as a small component of a larger, more complex system. To streamline the high throughput screen and minimize unnecessary data collection, Nikon’s NIS-Elements software can automatically analyse the incoming data and provide feedback to the acquisition system. Nikon’s HC system can also be combined with other advanced imaging modalities such as confocal and TIRF to improve the quality of the data.
