Ten process reagent min 2l glass containers have holder as well as stop peg. Stainless steel baskets for the tissue samples can be filled outside, closed with a snap lock and loaded to the receiving arms. Double walled, heated stainless steel wax 2l containers can be electrically heated. Lids available for each container; lifting unit lifts and lowers the loaded baskets. Baskets are moved up and down during the embedding process for intensifying the procedure. Rotation unit moves all containers in programmed sequence. Stainless steel baskets with tissue samples always face the front for easy viewing by operator.

Manual as well as automatic control. Temperature of heated stainless containers measured by sensor up to 80°C. Individual temperatures can be set for every heated container and read separately. Freely programmable controller stores up to 10 programs with individual rest and dripping time for all baths. Five operating keys and clear illuminated 4 line LCD display operating panel allow simple operation and programming. During operation active baths, rest time still remaining and individual heated bath temperatures are shown in the display. Start can be delayed by up to 99 hours.

Built-in safety temperature limitation for heated stainless steel containers protects against overheating. Rear connection possibility for a suction hose (100 mm diam) provided. Unit can be equipped with own exhaust fan as well as charcoal filter as optional extra. In case of mains failure, back up battery power moves tissue samples into pre-programmed position. For safety, unit must be restarted manually.
