Since the excitation light-path of the AZ100 is separated by the observation optics, fluorescence images with hi S/N ratios can be obtained, without being affected by zooming lenses.

Newly developed DIC prisms enable high-contrast DIC images with uniform color at any magnification.

Three objective lenses can be simultaneously mounted to provide large zooming ratios.

The AZ100 ships complete with an aperture stop that is effective not only for visual observation, but also for the capture of digital images. The aperture stop allows you to freely change contrast and the the depth of field based on your specimen requirements.
