The C1si is a true high resolution spectral confocal system that acquires spectral data simultaneously in 32 channels. The system includes Nikon's unparalleled linear unmixing software, as well as a 3PMT detector unit for high resolution, high signal-to-noise confocal imaging.
The C1si is bundled with powerful EZ-C1 acquisition and analysis software, with spectral, multipoint time-lapse, 3D acquisition and rendering, FRET, FRAP, and ratio fluorescence.
We’re offering you the choice of two laser configurations, depending on your research needs.
