Visit Nikon Metrology at WESTEC, Booth 2157
For more than four decades, WESTEC has been the West Coast's definitive manufacturing event, showcasing crucial breakthroughs in machine tools, production methods, materials, and management strategies.
Located at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the 2010 show begins on Tuesday, March 23. We invite you to stop by booth 2157 to see the latest products from Nikon Metrology, Inc.
Featured Products
iNEXIV Multi-Sensor Measuring System
The iNEXIV is a fully-automated system ideal for measuring dimensional features relating to semiconductor packaging, probing and test fixturing applications. Specifically designed to measure 3D workpieces, the iNEXIV VMA-2520 is light weight and compact enough to be used in the factory on the bench. It offers a 200mm Z axis measuring range together with an optical system featuring a long 73.5mm working distance.
MM-200 Measuring Microscope
Nikon's new MM-200 Measuring Microscope is compact and lightweight with an affordable price for all who require precision and accuracy for measuring a variety of metal, plastic, and electronic parts in all industries; especially automotive and electronics. This powerful new microscope is especially designed and engineered with the machining engineers and inspectors in mind.
SMZ745 Digital Stereomicroscope System
Featuring one of the highest zoom magnifications in its class at 7.5x zoom, the SMZ-745T trinocular stereo microscope offers powerful imaging capabilities at an economical price. Well-suited for digital imaging in both the industrial and biomedical fields, the SMZ-745T comes equipped with a camera port and a built-in 0.55x c-mount adapter permitting direct mounting of Nikon DS Series Digital Cameras.
Laser Radar Large Scale CMM Measurement
The Nikon Metrology Laser Radar is the only solution available that provides automated, non-contact measurement capability for large-volume applications of up to 60 meter radius. The new generation of metrology instruments precisely measures large-scale geometry without requiring photogrammetry dots, laser tracker spherically mounted retro-flectors, retro-reflectors or probes.
K-Series Optical CMM
K-Series cameras measure the position of infrared LEDs by means of linear CCD cameras. Through triangulation, the 3D position of each LED is calculated. 9 LEDs are built into the handheld SpaceProbe, an ergonomically device that enables an inspector to measure the actual 3D data of an inspection part in single point or scanning mode. The optical measuring CMMs are available in a portable and a mobile configuration.
XC65D(-LS) Digital Cross Scanner
The multi-laser XC65D laser scanner captures all 3D details of features, edges, pockets, ribs and freeform surfaces in a single scan. Its entirely digital 3D digitizing operation boosts scanning frequency and drives smart laser intensity adaptation to scan any surface without user interaction.
